Preference Subjects?

PREFERENCE SUBJECTS are those subjects where a choice can be made.

Students can choose to do two further subjects from the list of preferences. Most of these subjects lead to a single GCSE. We do offer some “Double Award” qualifications and these, together with college-based courses, may lead to multiple awards. A full list of options can be seen in the list below.

When you make your choices, remember, as explained on the Application Form, that if you choose a "Double Award" as one of your choices, your other choice must come from the single GCSEs in the first column; otherwise you can choose two subjects from the Single Award column*.
