Connexions provides booklets for young people across the UK. These are written for students making choices in years 9, 11 and 13. There are parents/carers booklets too. Which Way Now?: This booklet is designed to help young people with their option choices during Year 9. The options they choose for Years 10 and 11 will affect how they spend their time at school for the next two years. The choices young people make may also influence what course or job they decide to do after Year 11.

Parents and Carers' Guide to 14-19 Options Young people are now at the point where they will be asked to make choices about some of the courses and qualifications they want to take in Years 10 and 11. It’s an important time not only for them but also for you as a parent or carer.
